How it works: You reserve a Shining "K" Meats Half Beef today with a $500 non-refundable deposit. We hand select your beef from our ranch in northern Nevada, then process and package your premium angus beef. With us, it never leaves our hands “from birth to butcher”.

1. Your order will be ready approximately 3 to 5 weeks from the date your order is placed. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($2660). Then we will ship it, frozen, to your door for free! Local pick-up is also available.

2. A Half Beef includes: We offer two cut options you can choose from the Cattleman's or Ranchers selection. Both are approximately 210 pounds of take-home premium beef.
