How it works: You reserve a Shining "K" Meats Quarter Beef today with a $350 non-refundable deposit. We hand select your beef from our ranch in northern Nevada, then process and package your premium angus beef. With us, it never leaves our hands “from birth to butcher”.

1. Your order will be ready approximately 3-5 weeks from the date your order is placed. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($1230). Then we will ship it, frozen, to your door for free! Local pick-up is also available.

2. A Quarter Beef includes: We offer two cut options you can choose from: the Cattleman's or Ranchers selection. Both are approximately 105 lbs of take-home premium beef. Please choose whether you'd like the Cattleman's or the Rancher's selection of cuts.

Place your Quarter Beef deposit today for $350, then pay the final $1,230 when your beef is ready. Your total will be $1,580.

Freezer Space: This Quarter Beef will require approx. 4-5 cubic ft. of freezer space.

Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed and labeled.

Shipping: We will contact you to finalize shipping details when the balance is paid in full.
