How are your cattle raised?

The same way they were 150 years ago. On the open range in Northern Nevada without the use of growth hormones or any added funny business.

What does All-Natural mean to you?

During the Spring and Summer seasons our herd roams from mountain top to mountain top and are completely free range to graze the same way they did 150 years ago. We never use growth hormones or anything on our herd we wouldn't serve for our own family!

How can I order your Beef?

You can make an online deposit for our premium ranch-raised beef or pork. We offer beef in either a whole, half, or quarter share.

How are your Beef Processed?

We take pride in the fact our animals never leave our control from, "birth to butcher" we raise your animals from birth, vacuum seal your prime steak cuts and handle everything in between.

When will I receive my Bulk beef?

All our animals are hand selected at the time of your deposit. You can expect around 3-5 weeks for us to pull your animal from the herd, process and dry-age it for 14 days, then package it—ready to be picked up or shipped frozen to you.
